(4) Absurd Exaggeration–inflate your worries to ridiculous proportions, naked-people-in-the-audience proportions.

(5) Meme Therapy–view comical memes, nothing deflates anxiety like a SpongeBob reaction image.

(6) Self-gratification–One if by hand.
